Refund Policy

You get 10 entries free before paying anything, so you can tell whether MoneTell works for you before there is any money involved. If you still end up wanting a refund, here is exactly how it works.

14-day money back

If you are unhappy with MoneTell for any reason, ask within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain why.

This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to each renewal — if a renewal catches you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of that charge and you get it back.

How to ask

Email haniel.zaiine@gmail.com or message the WhatsApp number you signed up with. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find the payment.

Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued by Paddle back to the card or account you paid with. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link on your invoice. Money usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling is separate from refunding

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund a payment you have already made.

• To cancel: use the billing portal link, in two clicks. You do not need to email anyone.
• After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your data stays unless you ask us to delete it, so if you come back your history is still there.

Outside the 14 days

We do not automatically refund periods after that, but we are reasonable people. If something went genuinely wrong — you were charged twice, the service was broken, a renewal hit an account you had stopped using — write to us and we will sort it out.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. This policy gives you at least that, and nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law.
